What are Crom Coins?

Crom Coin is Conan Exiles virtual currency. It allows you to purchase Battle Pass and Black Lotus Bazaar items.

Where can I find Crom Coins?

Crom Coins can be purchased through your platform’s store, as well as in-game (excepting PSN).

You can purchase Crom Coins on the Battle Pass or Black Lotus Bazaar page. The “Buy Crom Coins” button is present at the bottom of either page:

Can I get Crom Coins in the Battle Pass?

Yes! Some levels of the standard Battle Pass will provide Crom Coins as their reward. If all of these levels are completed, and you don’t purchase any additional items through the Black Lotus Bazaar, you’ll receive enough Crom Coins to purchase the next Battle Pass at no additional cost.

How do I make Crom Coins purchases?

NOTICE TO PSN: Currently, Playstation players are required to leave the game entirely through the menu and make the purchase from the store directly.

PC and Xbox:
You can purchase Crom Coins on the Battle Pass or Black Lotus Bazaar page. The “Buy Crom Coins” button is present at the bottom of either page:

Once you click on the Buy Crom Coins button, a pop-up window will appear on the screen with four Crom Coin purchase options:

1,200 Crom Coins
2,640 Crom Coins
5,040 Crom Coins
7,800 Crom Coins

Clicking on the “Buy Coins” button will redirect you to your platform’s specific purchase screen.

After completing your platform’s steps of purchase, please wait a few moments before getting back to the game while the server validates your purchase.

If nothing happens when trying to buy Crom Coins, or if you experience any other issues completing the purchase, please refer to the help section of this topic.

How long until the Crom Coins become available?

Upon making a successful purchase where money is debited, Crom Coins will arrive to the players' accounts instantly, up to a 2 business days afterwards. If any delay beyond the stipulated time occurs, please do not attempt to repurchase the same pack again and contact customer support by opening a ticket here.

Where can I find Crom Coins I purchased?

Crom Coins are displayed in your character’s wallet, inside the inventory in the upper right-hand corner - right next to the Crom Coins icon. Any character owned by your account can access your Crom Coins, as long as you’re connected online:

Can I gift a friend with Crom Coins?

Crom Coins are purchased through your platform’s store with real money. As such, they are specific to your account and can not be gifted or traded with other players.

Platform purchase failure

If you experience this error, don’t worry - you haven’t been billed.

You can attempt the purchase again, or wait and try again later. If you continue to experience this error after waiting and trying again, feel free to reach out to our Support team for further assistance using the “Request Help” option in the in-game menu.

Platform purchase failure - Steam

If you experience this error, don’t worry - you haven’t been billed.

You can attempt to purchase again after you have successfully enabled the in-game overlays.

To enable the in-game overlays all you need to do is:

Go to Steam->Settings
Click the In-Game tab
Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game"
Go to Library
Right-click on Conan Exiles and select Properties
Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked

FLS Validation failure

If you receive this error, please fully close and restart the game. After restarting, check if you’ve received the expected amount of Crom Coins.

You can also expect to see a Chargeback UI pop-up after your next login, informing you that your account’s Crom Coins have been adjusted based on the recent purchase.

If you still haven’t received your Crom Coins after fully closing and restarting the game, please contact Support for further assistance using the “Request Help” option in the in-game menu.

What is a chargeback?

“Chargeback” is a generic name in the billing system for an automatic adjustment of your Crom Coins based on information we receive from your platform.

When you connect to Conan Exiles, the system compares the known list of purchases you’ve made in the past with the current amount your platform says your account should have.

A “positive” chargeback, where your Crom Coins are increased, can happen when the system detects a purchase was recently made but failed to add the expected Coins to your account.

A “negative” chargeback, where your Crom Coins are decreased, can happen if the system detects a purchase was cancelled or refunded through your platform.

In both cases, on your next login, you should see a pop-up informing you that the situation has been normalized with the corresponding amount of virtual currencies displayed:

My purchase is not showing in-game

Please first try the following:

Wait up to 10 minutes for the system to finish validating your purchase, and then check again.
If your balance is the same after waiting 10 minutes, fully close and restart the game.

If you still have not received the expected Crom Coins after waiting 10 minutes and restarting the game, please contact Support for further assistance using the “Request Help” option in the in-game menu.

What’s a chargeback suspension?

A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a payment with their card provider or reports the purchase as unauthorized, leading to their card provider forcibly “charging back” to the funds to their account.

When a Crom Coins purchase is charged back, any associated Crom Coins are automatically removed from your account as well. If these Crom Coins have already been spent on items or services in-game, this may result in a negative Crom Coins balance in your wallet.

A negative Crom Coins balance will result in your game account being suspended from all game modes until the Crom Coins balance is no longer negative.
