What is the Black Lotus Bazaar?
Do you want to spice up your Lands with fashionable items and new skins?
The Black Lotus Bazaar is an in-game store introduced with Update 3.0, where you can purchase decorations, weapons, armors, pet skins, and much more!
With the Black Lotus Bazaar, you can not only support Conan Exiles but receive items you and others have been asking for since you first stepped foot in the forsaken lands of the exiled.
Where can I find the Black Lotus Bazaar?
The Black Lotus Bazaar is available to all players, on all game modes: Singleplayer, Co-op, Official servers, and Private servers.

How do I make purchases in the Black Lotus Bazaar?
While in-game, the Black Lotus Bazaar can be accessed by toggling tabs in your character’s inventory or by pressing H.
Once you access the Bazaar’s tab, you ‘ll be able to review all available bundles as well as the time remaining on each item before it’s rotated and replaced by another option.
Choose the item or bundle you wish to acquire by selecting it, and the product screen will open to show additional details for items contained in that purchase.

To complete your purchase, press the “Buy” button:
This will result in a pop-up asking you to confirm your purchase. If you have sufficient funds in your wallet, the purchase will then be completed:
Once the purchase is complete, you can begin using your new items in-game! If you experience any issues with the purchase process, please refer to the “Help” section.
Where can I find the items purchased in the Black Lotus Bazaar?
All the items or bundles you purchase in the Bazaar remain attached to your account, on any server or game mode you play.
You can check your purchased items by accessing the Knowledge page of any character you have and switching to the Ancestral Knowledge category:

The Black Lotus Bazaar will list various items and bundles you can purchase with Crom Coins.
Bundles offer multiple items for a single price, while single items are priced and sold individually.
Sometimes, bundles may include items you already own. If you want to purchase the bundle to complete your collection, it will be discounted according to which items are already owned.
Only a select number of products are available for purchase at any given time. There are a total of 7 item slots available in the Bazaar, and each slot can contain either a bundle or single item.
You can check an item’s timer in the Black Lotus Bazaar to see when its slot will be rotated:
Store items which rotate out of Bazaar will eventually return, either as the same bundle or as an individual purchase. Be sure to check the Bazaar frequently for new products!
DLC can now be reviewed inside the Bazaar, in a second tab. You can scroll down after opening the tab to see all available DLC.
Selecting a specific DLC here will redirect you to your platform’s store page for the product, where it can then be purchased for your account.

My purchase is not showing in Ancestral Knowledge category
Please first try the following:
Wait up to 10 minutes for the system to finish validating your purchase, and then check again.
Try using the feats' search, and start typing the item name.
If you still can not locate the item, fully close and restart the game before checking again.
If you’re still unable to access your items after waiting 10 minutes and restarting the game, please contact Support for further assistance using the “Request Help” option in the in-game menu.
Currently, pressing yes or no on this window has no observable difference.
The “yes” button’s intended behavior is to send the player to the Crom Coins purchase screen, where they can then add funds to their account to complete their purchase. This issue will be addressed in Update 3.1.
