I’m having issues with an official server, what should I do?
Fear no more, follow the steps to submit a ticket!
Exile, are you experiencing performance issues, the server is not showing on the list or the server has a 9999 ping? This is an issue with the server and it should be reported to us. When receiving your report, we will investigate and address the issue together with our server host. Submit a ticket on this link:

Choose the “Official Server Performance” subject as shown in the following image. Fill in your information so we can get back to you, add all the information you can such as the date when the issue started, and your time zone:
Now you just have to wait for one of our team members to answer your ticket and the investigation will begin! Don’t forget to check the e-mail you added to the ticket information, as well as your spam box.
