If you want to report players, clans, exploits, or connectivity issues on any of our Official Servers, please click here to submit a report.

By playing on an official server you agree to follow the Terms of Conduct. Please make sure you are aware of the rules and help us reinforce them by reporting possible infractions to our team.

If you are reporting another player for breaking the Terms of Conduct on an official server, please provide as much detail and information as possible so that our team can look into the issue. Our team will review the report and will either investigate or ask for more information if needed. We will let you know through email when an investigation has been completed for your report.

Please note:

Please submit only one request, creating additional tickets for the same issue will cause a delay in response.

Not all reports result in disciplinary action.

We will inform you when the issue has been reviewed but will not be able to inform you of the results or actions taken.

We sometimes receive many reports at once, the investigation might take some time.
