To report players, clans, specific exploits or connectivity issues on any of our official servers, you can contact us through the in-game “Request Help” feature or via our Help Center.
By playing on an official server you agree to follow the Terms of Conduct. Please make sure you are aware of the rules and help us reinforce them by reporting possible infractions to our team.
If you are reporting another player for breaking the Terms of Conduct on an official server, please provide as much detail and information as possible so that our team can look into the issue. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Official Server ID
- Screenshots
- Picture of map marking the location of the infraction
- Videos with Timestamps
- Names of characters
- Names of clans
- A complete description of the issue
For images:
1. Make sure they are either .jpeg/.jpg or .png formats
2. Alternatively, upload them to a website such as Imgur, Google Drive, or OneDrive, and share the link in your ticket.
For videos:
1. Please upload them to a video platform such as YouTube, Medal, ClipChamp, or Twitch Clips and share the link in your request. If possible, make sure the video is set as unlisted in order to protect everyone's privacy.
2. You can also the files from your Onedrive or Google Drive as long as your permissions allow anyone to view them.
Please note:
Submit only one request, creating additional tickets for the same issue will cause a delay in response.
Not all reports result in disciplinary action.
We will inform you when the issue has been reviewed but will not be able to inform you of the results or actions taken.
We sometimes receive many reports at once, the investigation might take some time.
Please understand that any requests that fail to have the necessary information on the formats mentioned above, will not be investigated until this is provided.
